How do I change sides?

Is it possible to move your character from the red side to the blue side?

 

If so, how does one go about it? What is the lowest level one may do it?

 

I would love to create a Night Widow and move her from red to blue. Normally I would just create a blue character, but widows are only allowed to start on the villain side.

As you play you sometimes get "tips" which give you alignment missions which allow to to change alignemnt from red to blue or vice versa.

1. Alignment missions starting with level 20 or so.

 

2. Just go into Pocket D and find Null The Gull, instant switch at any level you like.

What about Praetorians who wanted to be villains? I have a Praetorian level 12 who just wanted to be a villain in the redside. I talked to Null the Gull and did not get an option to switch to anything else. Is there anything I can do or am I stuck  for 8 more levels (or a re-roll)?
