Ill/Kin troller: help with build plz

Ill/Kin is one of those combinations that I don't like much because it takes two sets that are individually very strong in certain combinations... and pastes them together without regard for their complete lack of synergy: the two key abilities (Phantom Army and Fulcrum Shift) don't actually work with one another.

 

With that in mind, the below should be a good starting point:
