I want this to be my next project but I am debating the best way to slot it, i went for soft capping F/C/E/N and then some S/L ( i have more res to S/L)

That's a pretty good take on it as it is.  

I'm not sure you really need Tactics.  There are pros to having it, but Assault isn't an awful choice for Sentinels either.  

There is a coin toss on enhancements between TK Blast here and Psionic Strike.  Psionic Strike can do a non-trivial amount of direct damage but it comes with the cost of having a very long animation time.  Its animation and damage ratio aren't quite as good as TK Blast.  TK Blast has the advantage of being partially smashing damage.  I'm on the fence about that one.  If total time to arrest isn't that big a deal then having an attack like Psionic Strike can feel a bit better against things like robots.  

Have you given thought to your Incarnate options yet?  I'd still suggest looking at Musculature for the Alpha, but there can be reasons to use something like Spiritual here.

I only took tactics because I didnt really have anything else to take, might not run it all the time.

 

I will try our TK blast and Psionic strike and see what i prefer in real combat. I will definitely be going with Musculature core on this one, not sure about destiny yet, either ageless or barrier

I took your advice and removed Psionic strike, overall I think this now be a much better build, it has much more SL res too
