I don't get the Set Notoriety option when I click in the window bubble

I don't get the Set Notoriety option when I click in the window bubble on the bottom right of the chat bubble.

I've seen videos of what others get and I get the more old-school original menue.

I've booted and restarted to no avail.

Is there some other option I am missing?

That's weird.  It's not getting cut off by being too close to the bottom of the screen is it?  (That used to happen to me.)

 

Otherwise maybe re-validate Tequila.  Maybe it missed something.

No.  Ive seen people do it on videos and it looks like they have about 5 options...i have about a dozen or more where non of them have it.
