So...played just fine last night.  Launch Tequila this morning, and get the following (copy & pasting)

The remote name could not be resolved: 'patch.savecoh.com'

Try the testers manifest?  From the beta test faq?

I did absolutely nothing to it...just clicked on it again, and tequila launched, validated, and is ready to play.  I'll post another reply if it happens again.
