Glad you got it working.

The best place for it is usually in it's own folder on your hard drive. This avoids conflicts over permissions and limits the number of issues you may have down the road.

Then just locate the Tequila.exe in that folder and create a shortcut to it on your desktop. This also avoids it occupying your Ram when it's not running, as most desktop items are merely shortcuts, not complete folders/programs.
