Missing dll files

I have downloaded the client from the rebirth web site.  I have tried to use that homecoming manifest.  Every time I try to get on to Homecoming I get two errors.  The first is that Im missing msvcp140.dll and the second is that Im missing vcruntime140.dll.  I have downloaded the client 3 times and still get the errors.  I am able to play on Rebirth but not on Homecoming.

Per one of our pinned posts, you need Microsoft's Visual C++ 2015 Runtime to get the game running. You can install said runtime using this link.
