Physical Perfection: So Nice We Get It Twice?

Physical Perfection is available in the Epic Pools at 35 with Weapon Mastery,  but 41 for Body Mastery.
Does it behave identically in each?
If it is all I am looking for, is there any reason not to go with Weapon Mastery and snag it early?

They're the same - but it's the rest of the pool you get to choose from. .. which basically means do you want Sup conditioning or not, lol.
