Need 313% for pure gapless fu, focus, slash, repeat. The BZBs only get 99.88 (enhs) + 186.25 (hasten+global) leaving a whopping 26,87% global recharge low and a .206sec gap. 😞 I usually try to remember to log out in Cime or Ouro for the recharge buff there. Always forget about base buffs. Can't really see spending the time bouncing to PvP zones for the +recharge day job buff there.
