Looking for a post on a "How to" Macro window

Hi, I saw and installed a way to create a "Macro Window" which was able to have edited macro's listed outside of your power tray but I cannot find the post that explained how to do itand I am looking to do it on my second comp. It wasn't listed and was a "What I learned" type post. Does anyone know where that was or how it was done?
