How about a Sticky to Request Stickies?

Would it be possible for the GMs/CRs/Mods to create a Sticky in this forum specially to request other threads be made Sticky in their respective boards?

 

For example, I believe https://forums.homecomingservers.com/index.php/topic,1773.0.html should be made Sticky in the Everlasting board.  I would appreciate a GM taking a looksie and deciding if my request is appropriate.
