Error Code 1134300601 My character is still logging out

I just finished a mission where I was supposed to destroy a getaway submarine, I cannot remember the name of the mission, and then I clicked on EXIT mission. I was locked up for about 5 minutes, and decided to close the task and come back. I have since been unable to reconnect. I sometimes can not connect and I get the message that my account is still logged in, and then if I wait, I can log in my account but I get told that my character is in the process of logging out and I cannot log in on it at this time. I have tried other characters and they all dont work, saying they are in the process of logging out. Please advise.

I'm getting the same type of issue on the Torchbearer server, although my error code changes with every attempt.

 

According to this thread, it's happening on multiple servers, not just Torchbearer.

Torch is showing as up but I think it may be awhile before it get back to normal.  Probably a good time to take a break, eat go outside etc.  lol

 

Torch is being rebooted now .

Same issue here.  Account stays logged in, even five minutes after I've closed the CoX window and my characters are still logging out when I try again.
