Trick Arrow text errors

Defender and Corruptor Trick Arrow/Ice Arrow now correctly indicate in the Short Text that Ice Arrow includes -Special. The Mastermind version still does not say anything about -Special in the short text.

The text for EMP Arrow still is not correctly written regarding the buff portion of the power. It currently says: "Allies in range of the pulse will also their resistances to all damage except toxic, as well as be protected from status effects, knockbacks, endurance drain and recovery debuffs."

What it SHOULD say is something like this: "Allies in range of the pulse will also have their resistances to all damage except toxic increased, as well as be protected from status effects, knockbacks, endurance drain and recovery debuffs."
