Are the devs monitoring this board? I'm a systems performance engineer for high load systems with 20+ years experience,  would be happy to help address some of these issues (difficult in windows, I know). Please reach out if I can assist. Thank you for all your efforts.

I believe they do, but they're all volunteers doing this on their free time, and at the moment I think they might be a bit distracted.

I did reach out and was told to post here, actually. Unlikely this can be resolved tonight, unfortunately, because it probably requires some architectural changes in the system environment. But I think I could definitely help design and provision what will be necessary to help manage the load... all dependent on costs, of course. This is a challenging effort to do on volunteer work! These guys are doing great with what they have so far, very impressed.
