Missing limbs and amorphous limbs

Understood this may be difficult to code, but it would be incredible to be able to have missing limbs, such as no arms, as well as amorphous limbs or anything evocative of tendrils, tentacles, etc.

 

I'm trying to create a character right now heavily inspired by "Ming-Hua" from The Legend of Korra.

 

Struggling to come up with an aesthetically-pleasing design that is also evocative of these types of "arms". If anyone has any suggestions within the existing costume editor options, outside of the net new additions I've proposed above, I'm all ears!
