Any earth/martial builds out there

Really just wanted to focus more on earth controls and use ranged martial powers even though they may be underwhelming.  I have enough min/max/speed toons just looking for something a little different.  Of course perma dom and maybe perma hasten but not a must.  Having some trouble getting this together with any type of defense to go along with it.

Here's a build I was thinking about, Its got pretty high s/l/e defense and permadom without hasten. Maybe having defenses this high is useless since earthquake is a pretty significant to-hit debuff, but I like not needing to be on top of the cast every time.

Hmmm, that's probably how I'd do it. Melee attacks are mainly needed as set mules for S/L softcapping but if you don't want to be softcapped, can get rid of them:
