I have enough min/max/speed toons just looking for something a little different. Of course perma dom and maybe perma hasten but not a must. Having some trouble getting this together with any type of defense to go along with it.

Maybe having defenses this high is useless since earthquake is a pretty significant to-hit debuff, but I like not needing to be on top of the cast every time.
