Seemingly random freeze/loading problem during transition.

Sometimes the game will struggle to load for an excessively long time, with the loading bar never moving or filling past the roughly 1% mark on the bar. This happens randomly when I'm transitioning from the main map to an instanced area. It does not appear to happen when I transition from an instanced area into the main map though. And if I wait long enough, it loads, but it loads the area I transitioned from, the area is empty but the buildings and geometry are present (No character models) and I can't do anything but de-focus the window or go back to the window.
