Steel Canyon Fire Alarm

When I see the message that a fire has been reported I go to Steel, but no fire shows up on the map anymore, and searching the zone turns up no fire anywhere.  Broadcast inquiries whether others see it marked on their map shows nobody else sees it either.  We get the start and end messages but the actual event doesn't seem to happen.  [This is on Excelsior]

I've found a few fires marked on my SC map, but I didn't investigate to see if they were actually there. (I was on my fire/fire blaster, didn't think she'd be much help  ;D )

 

I've gotten the notification about the Paladin in KR, but haven't been able to find him. Found the Shining Stars standing around doing nothing, but no Paladin.

Yeah, the paladin message seems to persist long after he has been defeated.  Beaten him twice and message was still around at least 2-3 minutes later.  Worse yet the message shows him at full health.  And even worse yet, I haven’t found a way to just close the window (apart from leaving the area)

Verified this bug several times now.  The event is announced but no marker appears on the zone map and a search of the entire zone finds no fire taking place.
