1. Increase base Ranged and Melee modifiers to 1.0

 

2. Change Aim in all sets into Build Up (but keep the +Range; maybe give DP a little extra help of some kind)

 

3. Let the +Damage of Opportunity be improved by enhancements and buffs.

 

4. Take the triggering of Opportunity off of the attacks. Give Sentinels a separate button, triggerable under the same conditions as currently, that sets off the Vulnerability debuff on the current target and the Opportunity buff on self, but make it ONE buff that gives both the +Damage and +Heal/End portions.

 

5. Change the Opportunity Strikes ATO proc: in addition to its current effect, IF Opportunity is already up it EXTENDS ITS DURATION by 5 seconds.
