Build Request: Fire/Martial

I've found a Fire/Martial Combat blaster rather fun to play at lower levels, but I've often found what works well at the low end doesn't always hold up at the high end.  Is Fire/MA a viable combination for late game, and if so, does anyone have any builds to share?

Everything is viable late game. Do to Recipes & Incarnates.
