I typed in the new name for the customization, pressed enter to save, and the game freezes, then crashes to the desktop. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Something has probably update and it isn't allowing CoH to save into the directory that the power customizations are saved. I haven't seen this particular issue mentioned, but there a couple of cases on the forums where taking a screenshot could crash the client and in those cases it was AV software related.
