Need help with Rad/Storm build

Hello all. Im not the best at making builds and while I am enjoying this Rad/Storm corrupter, I'm not even sure where to begin making a build for this. I like the Aoe/debuff aspect of the build the single target damage is pretty nice too, but it is an endurance hog. Any help would be greatly be appreciated

   I threw this together for ya Kral........endurance will be beastly but manageable once you get destiny and alpha in place. Managed soft capped ranged and s/l defense.
