SS/Regen build help

[Gulver]

I started a SS/regen brute and I need help building it.  I think I already ruined it by taking handclap.  Also, super jump is my travel power of choice.

You could do much better, but this might get you started. Focus on at least obtaining 45% defense to S/L. I would have liked a little more recharge and F/C and E/N defense as well.
