does level matter for tickets?

If I only care about getting tickets fast by running AE farming maps, does my level make me get tickets faster or does it only affect influence/farming speed?

I have a claws/FA that does decent as long as I use lots of inspirations to boost damage and foes are mostly fire.

If I use tickets to roll for procs, I'd rather he stays low level.

Otherwise I mostly use him as a way to get the salvge I need while bypassing the AH

 

He's kind of a specialized build so I have no interest about taking him out of the AE missions. I have more fun characters for that.
