Does Radiation Therapy reduce foes regen?

So the game character creator in Radiation Armor under Radiation Therapy it says that it will reduce the foes regeneration substantially, however in the details, it does not show this. Does anyone know if it actually reduces regen and if so for how much?

 

 

 

 

Edit: So I just looked at it under Pine's hero builder and again it says it reduces foes regen but with no numbers.

I haven't noticed any -regen on AVs from Radiation Therapy. Not a big sample size, but yeah, I haven't seen anything yet.

On Pines, if you check under "Effects" for Radiation Therapy in the information box, it lists the -regen as -150% - a decent amount, for a melee toon, but by itself it will only do so much against an AV's debuff resistance.

 

Still, any -regen is better than none - other mele toons have to rely on Envenomed Daggers and/or Incarnate Interface powers to get any -regen at all ^_^

Thing to remember is that that -150% amounts to more like 22.5% against a lvl 50 AV.  It helps, but their debuff resistance means you reaallly have to stack the debuffs to crash them.

Thank you for letting me know how to find this in Pines, and yeah it does not stack so probably not extremely helpful.

Also, the info probably needs to be added to the in-game character creator, but not sure who to tell.
