Getting error when launching the game all of a sudden

hey all so I played yesterday and today the window doesn't open when I launch the game. I get this error now. I have not moved the files i was using tequila and i did validate the files just fine. I installed the homecoming launcher thinking it might have been tequila but i get the same message.

did you stick the homecoming launcher and install files in a new directory?  Cannot be the same as tequila.

Update:  I uninstalled both tequilla and the HC launcher and reinstalled the HC launcher. I am back in the game people see you there!!!
