Basse Coupier mission B4anBustah / Skip Tracer badge bugged?

First mission, defeat 20 Freaks.  Hunting in every zone in St. Martial, counter never moves no matter how many freaks defeated.  Hunted them in Sharkhead, no dice.  Re-logged, partner took lead with same result.  Re-logged, use pillar in Ouro rather than base, same result.  Ran and completed prior mission fine, then began this mission again, defeating freaks does nothing.

 

Any clues?  Thanks.

There's a specific neighborhood in St. Martial if I recall; try again. It might be the hobo village where the Slumlord badge is, but I don't remember.

Unless there is a hidden 7th neighborhood, we tried hunting in all six evident, even taunting several Freaks over to Babylon where they aren't usually.

 

I'm going to get a character to come by the contact naturally and see if that works.

I tried the mission again this morning; Freaks in various spots in 2 different neighborhoods of St. M counted. I was wrong about it being a specific spot, but I don't have any useful help for the buggy behavior you encountered.
