Yeah, Staff Fighting in particular is in dire need of more skins.

I don't think they can create new skins (at least, not completely new ones), but I think it's possible to grab existing models and use them in new ways.

 

I can imagine the Vanguard Axe being used to create a sort of flanged mace, and a similar looking staff, perhaps.
