Way too many custom windows

I decided to make a copy of my custom windows file this afternoon and it caused something odd. I had a dozen of each custom window pop up in my game. 

 

And the custom window copy file seemed to grow on its own. The copy file stopped growing at 64kb. Inside the copy file, the text for my custom windows had been duped many times. I don't know what caused this, but it looks a bit dangerous. Maybe it's not. 

 

 

I deleted the "custom- Copy" file, zoned and things were back to normal.
