Launcher missing hc-beta files

When I run the launcher (Tequila 1.0.0.20) I get the following errors:

This not only prevents me from launching hc-beta, it prevents me from launching hc itself!

Reports on Discord indicate that it's been fixed.

Yeah. I reported it in both places, just in case. I resolved it by moving to the HC installer instead of Tequila.

I was using beta manifest for tequila
