Tequila issues

Logging in today, Tequila was throwing up the following error instead of patching:

"Manifest download error for http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/37952257/Tequila/titanicon.xml

The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."

 

I checked the options and there were two items under manifest:

http://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/37952257/Tequila/titanicon.xml

http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml

 

After deleting the top one, it patched and runs ok. Does anyone know what the top one does and should I put it back in - will it just cause problems in future or is it needed for something?
