Add 'rank points' to ALL defeat badges

I've been trying to get Croatoa defeat badges, for the accolade, and I noticed that the counter didn't go up more if I killed bosses or LTs, vs just minions.

 

I know some of the newer defeat badges were changed to a 'point' system, where Bosses and LTs gave more credit for the badges than minions did, and I was wondering if there could be a pass through the older defeat badges so that they are consistent?
