So I played a earth controller/dominator back in the day. I recently made an earth/stone dominator. I really like her. The only issue I am noticing is that when I use earthquake it knock backs foe’s all over the place. According to HCwiki page earthquake is supposed to do knockdown. Was there a change to the power?

Nope, mag 0.67 knockback (any knockback mag less than 1 is knockdown). Are you using it on clockwork (weak to knockback) or foes below your level?

They were foe’s above my level. They were warriors cot. I did put a DO knockback enhancement in the power. I wonder if that caused the issue

Most likely. Knockback enhancements in a power that does knockdown will convert it to knockback.

Earthquake does a decent -Accuracy debuff which you could slot for as well as recharge. It also does -Defence to enemies which means it can take the Achilles Heel -Damage Resistance proc which is VERY nice.
