Electric Control/Electric Affinity Controller

I re-rolled a Dominator into this type of Controller and was looking for a good build - the other post on this had some builds, but there seemed to be no real agreement on what would be a decent build. So Any updates on a good build for this type of controller?

Tech Controller - will be going pure electricity all through if able to.
