Arc end rewards on teams are buggy

I've been teaming up with a RL friend doing arcs with collaborative missions on and although we never have a problem with missions completing for both of us we have noticed, repeatedly and for both of us, that often only the Team Leader will get the XP reward for completing the arc. We both are getting all appropriate Merit rewards, just not the XP bonus for arc completion.

Last week we completed one of Marchand's arcs in Brickstown, I was team captain, I got the arc reward and he did not.

 

This week we did Montague Castanella, he was team captain, he got the arc reward and I did not.


I don't remember it ever working this way before, so it seems like a bug. I would, personally, describe it as a pretty serious bug, so I hope it gets looked at.
