Roughtrade Posted June 1, 2019 Posted June 1, 2019 I have deleted a character and remade it on several occasions. Trying out different tank sets before settling on the one I liked. There was zero wait time for deleting a character and recreating with the same name. I also have saved a name for a friend. When they were able to log on, I deleted from my account so she could get it for hers. There was no delay. They say anecdotal evidence isn’t proof, but I feel confident in saying there is currently no delay. If you do not face plant at least once a day; Go reset your Notoriety.
