Floor grates tipped on end might also work, depending on the look you're going for. For a lock, there are bathroom stall locks, and some of the wall cables have boxes on the ends that are decent facsimile of a prison door lock. " When it's too tough for everyone else, it's just right for me..." ( Unless it's Raining, or Cold, or Really Dirty or there are Sappers, Man I hate those Guys...)
