Mask Maker Badge Torchbearer

Hello Community,

      Since returning to this game after it had closed down years ago I have been meticulous in my leveling process to pick up all bsdges, even going as far to halt experience to not out level contacts and there mission ranges. However, I did accidentally out level Dr. Shelley Percey, I hit level 15 and her mission ranges are 10-14. Even the Flashback mission is 10-14. Can someone offer up any advice or is there anyone with this contact that hasn't run "Steal samples of the Facemaker's Chemicals" on Torchbearer I can run this with? Any help would be appreciated.

   WOW!! Thank you so much for your help on this! In this time I have managed to get someone to leave a portal for me to Ouro, and in turn I'm able to create the Ouro portal as needed, but this guide you left me in which selections to make is AWESOME! Thank you very much!! 😄
