After messing around with Mids, I'm genuinely not sure where I start trading off other uses like mitigation and damage... Any suggestions/builds? Are you looking for minmaxed regeneration rate with no regard for how effective that actually is, or are you more looking for raw durability. There is a point, easily hit, where its easier to increase your effective hp per second than it is to increase you actual hp per second. Also are you looking to just make a passive regen build or active. Passive builds focus on making the set as durable as possible with minimal use of clicks, whiel active sets lean int othe click nature of the set and take more click powers. And the minmax is more what I'm looking for (I believe that's 2000% on Scrappers?) but I guess after a certain point, that would become pretty surplus, so I'm always open to a little durability of course! I built aggressively before and got around +950% passive regen (Around 95 hp/s). That's with perma Dull Pain active, but not including Instant Heal.
