Electric/shield brute

I need help trying to make a build for this pairing looking for good defense and dmg for farming/hitting i really enjoy the pairing just looking for a build for it that is strong

Here's a basic build.  Good defense and resistance, two +recharge procs, a little team support, a ranged attack for runners.  Put a Sudden Acceleration KD IO in Lightning Clap, for some reason Mids choked on it when I put it in.
