Received Lvl 30 Artillery Recipe as a drop at Lvl 19

I was soloing on the redside running a mission by Operative Wellman and had the Artillery: Damage/Endurance recipe drop. I was running at +0/x1 at the time.

There are a lot of enhancement recipes you'll receive if you are leveling through missions and normal content. Hang onto it, make it if you can use it, or sell it on the user market for some influence/infamy for your characters leveling. 🙂

The point they were making is that, at level 19, they received a level 30 recipe drop. Normally you don't get drops higher than your level unless you're in a team and SK'd to a higher level. Artillery is a 30-50 set, so it shouldn't be appearing in the drop tables at level 19.

True, however adjusting the loot tables may take more work than the dev's are able to put into given the sghetti coding. It may break things to try.

I mean, that could be true. I'm just letting the devs that I got a drop outside the level I should have. If they want to fix it or not is up to them.

Artillery was one of the sets that was added by HC about a year ago, so it's possible the original set they were working off of dropped starting at level 20. My guess is that it was templated off of Detonation.
