ZorkNemesis Posted September 28, 2021 Share Posted September 28, 2021 In Special Agent Jenni Adiair's mission to Stop Protean's Invasion, despite having worked with the 5th Column the entire operation, Protean is allied with Council members when you go to fight him in a group or if your player slider is above 1 (he is alone if solo and x1). While it does make sense for Protean to work with whatever group would accomplish his goals, here he's standing in the middle of a 5th Column base and you had to fight several 5th Column members to reach him. He is even considered 5th Column himself when you target him. Currently playing on Indomitable as @Zork Nemesis; was a Protector native on live.
