Clarification:who is doing what?

I haven't been able to keep up with everything that has been going on with the one discord server I'm part of.

 

Is the "City of Heroes" discord server in which there are admins named Cipher, WarKingDiablo, and a community manager named Tempest associated with this forum?

 

Or are the two groups completely separate?

That discord, and the reddit discord are just for the community. The people that made these servers don't have a discord and just communicate with the leaders of those discords to spread the info.
