Psi melee attacks cannot {POWERNAMECLICKYHERE}

Hello,

On most ATs when you drag the power over to the chat box and drop it in, it gives you the name of the power and then you can click on it and it pops up with information about it.  On a Psi melee attacks I have it doesn't do that, the name appears in the chat box but the power doesn't have the brackets nor is it clickable to get a description.  This does this on my Psi Scrapper and Psi Tanker

I think its an additional piece of programming for each individual power that makes the links to powers in chat work.  I think psi melee is already known but on low priority.
