Arachnos Soldier: Combat Training: Offensive

Tooltip information says that the buffs ignore slotting...but the power has slots and slots can be added to the power.  The power then allows you to slot accuracy enhancements.

Combat Training: Offensive (Arachnos Soldiers and Widows): Removed the IgnoreStrength flag from the +Accuracy effect to allow slotted Accuracy to enhance it. The power is now set to Ignore Strength from external sources which will allow slotted enhancements to buff the accuracy effect, but not outside powers.
