Night Widow Nocturne did not teleport

this was in Stop Nocturne's Escape! from Jim Temblor

 

I was playing on a Blaster with the new Seismic/Earth powers.

 

After I defeated her Night Widow Nocturne called for Medical Teleport, but it did not visually happen.

 

In this case, I had not yet defeated the Submersible escape vehicle, so the mission was not yet complete when this visual occurred.
