Claws/Regen build notes

Well, I can't look at it anymore.  Before I pull the trigger, anyone have any notes?  He is already all T4'd in game.  Looking to respec him.  He has a somewhat similiar build in game just tweaking some stuff.  Please let me know what you think or any suggestions.

Well, I forgot the preventive medicine proc and just threw it in one of the slots of physical perfection. Aside from that it is going good though. May tweak it a bit later after I run around more.

Impervious Skin unique IO adds +25% regen and some +status resistance. More than one can be slotted but only the +status resist bonus stacks, regen does not. I'm jealous Brute regen can slot four Power Transfer procs. Nice build!
