Door Crashes First Ward/Night Ward

Hi, I may not have enough information on this, but so far any time I have been in a team with First Ward/Night Ward missions, my game crashes when I attempt to load the mission map.

It first happened several weeks ago when the game was still fresh, and I thought OK I'll give it time, but last night I was in a group with a mission from the Trinity contact (no idea who the previous one was) and it crashed again.

The first one was at a door, last night was at a portal, so the specific location seems to make no difference.

 

On a side note, I was able to load a mission map from a Night Ward contact when I was SOLO, but in a team, still crashed.
