Bio/Stone Build Request

Hi all! Currently grinding to max out my friend's Tanker once he hits 50, but have no clue where to start in terms of slotting and sets. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Looking for maximum survival (obviously)!

I had a SG mate ask me to put a build together for his bio/stone tank.

 

it is not cheap by any means and he has it slotted as I built it. Once he had it fully slotted out he ran it through a 4x8 and said he barely took any dmg at all and with the rech the build has even as a tanker did very respectable dmg too.
