Serious Matter: Reporting Underage ERP

While we have a good RP community here, I've noticed a serious issue with people performing ERP both with and as underage characters. Not only incredibly short characters with very vague bios/descriptions, but characters with an explicit stated age as young as ten years old. I know we can't confirm anything from two barely dressed characters standing silently in a corner of Pocket D together, but I'd very much like to know if there was a way to report this behavior for it to be investigated.

Let me deconstruct what you're saying. You saw two people staring at each other in a corner of Pocket D, immediately concluded that they were having ERP, read their bios and saw that one stated an age under 18, and am now embarking on a crusade to save us from this horrible, horrible scourge upon our community.

Skepticism is both reasonable and welcome, but nobody who's spent any serious amount of time in Pocket D is going to wonder why someone would jump to that sort of conclusion.

If you don't see anything suspect about a topless character hiding tucked away behind the ramps in Pocket D with a child, good for you. For anyone who's been in an RP community for any length of time, this is obviously suspicious and quite clear what they are doing. I'm personally not comfortable with the idea that people should be able to get away with fishing for ERP on child characters without any way to stop it.
